Dr. Liyah Stewart, PharmD

As the oldest of four, Liyah’s love for youth began in 2004 when her mother deployed to Iraq. At a young age, she learned how to advocate for her siblings and quickly realized the impact young people can have on their families, communities, and the lives of those around them. Growing up, she spent much of her time caring for those younger than her, and that passion followed her into adulthood.

During her time in the military, she continued working with youth through a local community theater program in South Korea, where she enjoyed helping young people build confidence, creativity, and connection.

Today, Liyah serves as the Youth Outreach Coordinator with Foundation Honey Co. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to grow through service, develop valuable life skills, and discover their potential. Through volunteer experiences, she hopes to help youth strengthen their communication, professionalism, and leadership abilities while showing them that they can make a difference in their communities no matter where life takes them.
