Radiah Mallard

Executive Director

Radiah Mallard is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and Navy, with 22 years of dedicated service, including two tours in Iraq. As a Senior Warrant Officer, she gained extensive expertise in system management, team building, project management, and problem-solving. Her leadership and commitment were recognized by the Department of the Army on three occasions for excellence in management and service.

Radiah is also a devoted wife and mother of four. She is a passionate advocate for her son, who is nonverbal and diagnosed with Level III autism. Her personal experiences have strengthened her resolve to support and uplift her community.

With a deep commitment to combating food insecurity and highlighting farming as a STEM initiative, Radiah has spent the last three years practicing organic beekeeping in Columbus, GA, collaborating with neighbors, educators, nonprofits, and fellow veterans. She is the co-founder of Foundation Honey Co. serving Georgia and Alabama. She is dedicated to raising awareness about careers and sustainability in agriculture, particularly among veterans, underserved youth, minority women and children, and the elderly in her community.

Radiah is currently serving as President of the Georgia Chapter of Farmer Veteran Coalition, where she is committed to bringing statewide support and resources to Georgia’s Veteran farmer community.
